Our vehicles can fit up to 6 passengers.
Yes. 1 suitcase per passenger is included in our price.
You can cancel your ride up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. You will receive full refund minus 10% service fee. The reservation is fully non-refundable within the 48 hours window period.
Additional stops at grocery or liquor stores can be arranged in advance, subject to an additional cost.

If your flight is delayed, rest assured we will be aware of the situation. We will be waiting for you when your plane lands.
Please read our cancellation policy below. In case of a last-minute change/cancellation, we will have to follow our policy however, we will try to do our best to accommodate you and your group. For any last minute changes, please email our team at transportation@wildblueventure.com
Pets are permitted if in a carrier. However, service dogs are allowed and will not incur an additional charge. Please inform us when making your reservation if you will be traveling with a pet.
Yes. Our company is locally owned and operated. Most of our Team members have been living in Steamboat for over 10 years and are very familiar with the town. They would love to share some local stories with you, or recommend great restaurants, bars or shopping stores with you and your group.
